Thanks to the latest round of spring thunderstorms, a refreshing blanket of green is steadily creeping up the mountain and enveloping the resort. The snow runoff is babbling and the wildflowers are beginning to show themselves. I think my lunch break today will consist of a short hike up the service road to take more pictures.

so whats up with comming up there to stay or eat? was great last summer but can't seem to find any time the restaurant is open or anyplace at powderhorn to bring guests, stay and eat. what a shame.
